The renovation redefines the apartment by merging the previously enclosed kitchen with the living area into a continuous open-plan space. The reorganisation replaces the former fragmented layout with a unified interior, opening the kitchen towards the sea and creating an additional room for guest accommodation and storage.
The residence accommodates three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest WC and a dedicated workspace for sewing and creative activities.
A restrained palette of beige, black and dark timber establishes a cohesive material language. Generous upholstery, floor-to-ceiling curtains and a perforated timber screen define the interior, balancing openness with privacy. The round stainless-steel kitchen table extends the living experience onto the balcony, while continuous flooring blurs the boundary between inside and outside.
Through spatial clarity, material restraint and a direct connection to the Mediterranean landscape, the apartment is reconfigured around the rhythms of contemporary family life.
